Ojas has lived basketball every single day since he was a teenager. At just 19, he was invited to the senior India men’s national camp, before heading to Spain where he played professionally for four years. Twice named Best Defender in the league, Ojas brings with him not just the discipline of European basketball but also the insight into how world-class athletes recover, train, and extend their careers. His dream has always been bigger than personal success—he wants to bring that same standard of care back home to India.

Kajal’s journey is a story of resilience and passion. An ex-India basketball player, national powerlifter, and Shiv Chhatrapati Award winner, she knows the sacrifices and struggles that shape an athlete’s career. With over 25 years of experience in business and sport, she combines her deep sporting legacy with sharp entrepreneurial vision. Kajal co-founded BSE AARC not just to fill a gap in India’s recovery landscape, but to create a nurturing community where athletes feel understood, supported, and celebrated.
